When selecting a pressure blower, consider the following factors:
- Airflow Requirements (CFM): Determine the volume of air needed to ensure optimal performance for your application.
- Static Pressure: Assess the system resistance to select a blower capable of overcoming it effectively.
- Temperature Conditions: Ensure the blower can operate efficiently at the maximum air stream temperatures expected in your application.
- Drive Type: Choose between belt drive and direct drive based on maintenance preferences and operational efficiency.
- Material Construction: Select materials that are compatible with the environmental conditions and any corrosive elements present.
- Most industrial blower models and most accessories, are shipped within 10-15 working days, for some models, a 5 Day RUSH program is available
- Eight sizes of cast aluminum pressure blower housings and 29 cast aluminum wheel sizes
- Selection of construction materials and inlet size options
- Seven models of fabricated steel pressure blowers
- 12 models of high pressure radial blowers
- 5 models of spark resistant high pressure radial blowers
- Single stage fabricated centrifugal pressure blowers – standard or optional choices for drive arrangements, materials of construction, motor types, sealing methods and discharge positions
- Multistage fabricated centrifugal pressure blowers – manufactured of heavy gauge, cold-rolled sheet steel, welded and reinforced, creating an extremely rugged construction
- Power Mizer® multistage cast centrifugal pressure blowers – high efficiency air delivery in heavy-duty process applications with excellent strength, chemical resistance, and sound attenuations
- Complete line of pressure blowers designed for high-pressure, low-to-medium volume applications
- Constructed from heavy-gauge steel or stainless steel for durability in tough environments
- Welded and reinforced housings provide structural integrity and long service life
- Precision-balanced wheels ensure smooth operation with reduced vibration and noise
- Available with radial, forward-curved, and backward-inclined impeller designs
- Ideal for pneumatic conveying, combustion air, cooling, drying, and other process applications
- Models suited for clean air, light particulate, or mildly corrosive gases
- Custom configurations available to meet specific pressure, temperature, and performance requirements
